        LEAD

Our LEAD framework ensures leaders are continuously equipping themselves by mastering their internal state.

It provides science-based strategies to manage energy and enhance decision-making clarity under pressure. Key components include learning to control focus, physiology, and language; understanding the neuroscience of peak performance; and using tools like breathwork (Wim Hof, Oxygen Advantage) and cold exposure to build profound resilience. The module also focuses on rewriting limiting beliefs and auditing personal habits to cultivate desired daily emotions.

        Tan Chun Yih

Chun is a performance practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of respiratory science, autonomic regulation, and corporate productivity. His approach is grounded in a core conviction: high-performing professionals should never have to sacrifice their health for their output, and the path to sustainable performance begins with breath awareness and science-backed physiological protocols that take very little time to deliver outsized impact.

Before entering the wellness and performance space, Chun spent over a decade in industrial sales engineering at Nufoss Services (2009–2021), navigating recurring commodity cycles, aggressive sales targets, complex project delivery, and the operational demands of running a business unit. It was the accumulated toll of that environment leading to inflammation, burnout, and the realisation that the traditional high-performance playbook was fundamentally broken and that drove him to seek a better model and ultimately to build one.

Since 2018, Chun has trained over 2,000 individuals across corporate, medical, and education settings. He is Singapore's first certified Advanced Instructor in the Wim Hof Method, a certified Oxygen Advantage instructor, and a Flow Research Collective Coach.

His corporate clients include Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, PayPal, Braze, Twilio, Norges Bank, The Ritz-Carlton, GIC, and Woh Hup, where engagements range from executive breathwork sessions to team resilience programmes integrating cold exposure and autonomic regulation.

Chun has spoken at TechHR Conference, Biohacking Singapore, Alpha Vitality, and the Contentment Foundation's annual retreat. He has led wellness workshops for educators across Singapore's primary schools and has been invited to present alongside medical professionals. He runs Homing Inn, Singapore's dedicated cold exposure and sauna wellness venue, and operates a 300-person practitioner community.
